Ingredients
  

  • 4 | | ripe bananas | sliced
  • 1 | cup | milk | of choice
  • 3 | tbsp | unsweetened cocoa powder |
  • 1 | tbsp | honey | optional
  • 1 | | | pinch of salt | optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice the ripe bananas and place them in a saucepan.
  • Add the milk and cocoa powder (plus honey if using).
  • Warm gently over low heat for 1-2 minutes to soften.
  • Blend with an immersion blender until completely smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa if desired.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.

Notes

Best texture after 4 hours of freezing; longer storage may require brief softening.
Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness and creaminess.
Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
Plant-based milk works perfectly for a dairy-free version.
