Lay two overlapping bacon slices on a board for each dog.
Place an open hot dog bun on top of the bacon.
Add Swiss cheese slices inside the bun.
Squeeze mustard and ketchup over the cheese.
Place a hot dog in the center and add pickle slices and fried onions.
Fold the bacon up and over to fully wrap the loaded bun.
Arrange seam-side down in a parchment-lined baking dish.
Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crisp and cheese is melted.
Best served immediately while cheese is stretchy.
Assemble ahead and refrigerate; bake just before serving.
Turkey bacon can be used for a lighter version.
Secure loose bacon ends with a toothpick if needed.
