Ingredients
  

  • 1 | cup | shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese |
  • 2 | | large eggs |
  • 1 | slice | deli ham |
  • 2 | slices | white sandwich bread |
  • 1 | tsp | neutral oil or butter |

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add oil or butter.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese into a circle in the center of the pan.
  • Crack two eggs onto the melting cheese, keeping yolks intact.
  • Place the ham slice over the eggs.
  • Top with one slice of bread and press gently.
  • Flip the sandwich once the bottom cheese is golden and crisp.
  • Cook until the second side is golden brown and cheese oozes.
  • Rest thirty seconds, slice, and serve immediately.
