Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Thread cooked French fries onto wooden skewers in overlapping layers.
  • Arrange skewers on the prepared baking sheet with space between them.
  • Brush or spoon pizza sauce evenly over the fries.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously over the sauced fries.
  • Top with pepperoni slices in a single layer.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Rest 2 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes
