  • 1 | Spoon | for spreading sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 6 | large | flour tortillas |
  • 2 | cups | marinara sauce |
  • 1 | lb | cooked ground beef | drained
  • 3 | cups | shredded mozzarella cheese |
  • 0.5 | cup | sliced pepperoni |
  • 1 | | green bell pepper | sliced
  • 0.25 | cup | red onion | sliced into rings
  • 1 | tsp | cooking spray |

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  • Place one tortilla in the bottom of the dish and spread with marinara sauce.
  • Layer cooked ground beef and shredded mozzarella over the sauced tortilla.
  • Repeat layering process with remaining tortillas, sauce, meat, and cheese.
  • Top final tortilla with remaining sauce and generous amount of mozzarella.
  • Arrange pepperoni, green peppers, and onions on top of the cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into wedges and serving warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat individual slices in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or oven at 350°F.
Drain ground beef thoroughly to prevent the casserole from becoming greasy.
