- 1 | lb | cooked ground beef | drained
- 3 | cups | shredded mozzarella cheese |

Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
Place one tortilla in the bottom of the dish and spread with marinara sauce.
Layer cooked ground beef and shredded mozzarella over the sauced tortilla.
Repeat layering process with remaining tortillas, sauce, meat, and cheese.
Top final tortilla with remaining sauce and generous amount of mozzarella.
Arrange pepperoni, green peppers, and onions on top of the cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into wedges and serving warm.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
