Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 | lbs | ground beef | 80/20
  • 8 | | slider buns |
  • 8 | slices | American cheese |
  • 1 | cup | shredded lettuce |
  • 1 | large | tomato | sliced
  • 1/2 | | white onion | thinly sliced
  • 1/4 | cup | pickle chips |
  • 1/2 | cup | crispy fried onions |
  • 1/3 | cup | special burger sauce |
  • 1 | tbsp | butter |
  • 1 | | salt | to taste
  • 1 | | black pepper | to taste

Instructions
 

  • Divide ground beef into 8 thin slider patties and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook patties in a buttered skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side.
  • Top each patty with a slice of American cheese and let melt.
  • Arrange bottom buns on a board and layer with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.
  • Place cheesy patties on top and sprinkle with crispy fried onions.
  • Chop everything together with a large knife into bite-sized pieces.
  • Drizzle with special sauce and toss lightly to coat.
  • Cap with top buns, press gently, and slice into individual sliders.

Notes

Best served immediately while the cheese is still melty.
Store leftover filling separately from buns for up to 2 days.
Reheat filling gently in a skillet before assembling.
Any melty cheese can replace American if preferred.
