Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until sauce is smooth and creamy.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of broth or cream to loosen the sauce. Chicken thighs can replace breast for extra juiciness. Toast the orzo for better texture and flavor.
