Ingredients
  

  • 4 | | chicken breasts |
  • 2 | tbsp | butter |
  • 1 | | salt | to taste
  • 1 | | black pepper | to taste
  • 1 | | lemon | juiced
  • 1 | cup | heavy cream |
  • 1 | tbsp | mustard |
  • 1 | tsp | complete seasoning |
  • 0.5 | cup | milk |
  • 0.5 | cup | fresh cilantro | chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken and sear until golden on both sides.
  • Remove chicken to a plate and set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together cream, mustard, complete seasoning, salt, pepper, and milk.
  • Stir in the chopped fresh cilantro.
  • Pour the sauce into the same skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Return chicken to the pan and cook 10 minutes until fully done and sauce thickens.
  • Tip: Scrape the browned bits from the pan into the sauce for extra flavor.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of milk to restore creaminess.
Fresh cilantro gives the brightest flavor; dried can be used in a pinch.
Check internal temperature reaches 165°F for food safety.
