Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 | lbs | boneless chicken breast | cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 | tsp | smoked paprika |
  • 0.5 | tsp | salt |
  • 0.5 | tsp | black pepper |
  • 0.5 | | lemon | juiced
  • 2 | tbsp | neutral oil |
  • 0.5 | cup | mayonnaise |
  • 3 | tbsp | sriracha |
  • 1 | tbsp | honey |
  • 2 | cloves | garlic | minced
  • 2 | tbsp | green onions | chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken cubes in a bowl and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken in a single layer and sear 3–4 minutes without moving.
  • Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and stir to coat.
  • Simmer 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days.
Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of water to loosen the sauce.
For milder heat, reduce sriracha to 2 tablespoons.
Chicken thighs can replace breast for extra juiciness.
