- 1 | tsp | smoked paprika |
- 0.5 | tsp | salt |
- 0.5 | tsp | black pepper |
- 0.5 | | lemon | juiced
- 2 | tbsp | neutral oil |
- 0.5 | cup | mayonnaise |
- 3 | tbsp | sriracha |
- 1 | tbsp | honey |
- 2 | cloves | garlic | minced
- 2 | tbsp | green onions | chopped
Place chicken cubes in a bowl and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Toss until every piece is evenly coated.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken in a single layer and sear 3–4 minutes without moving.
Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.
Pour sauce over chicken and stir to coat.
Simmer 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days.
Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of water to loosen the sauce.
For milder heat, reduce sriracha to 2 tablespoons.
Chicken thighs can replace breast for extra juiciness.
