- ½ | cup | mayonnaise |
- ½ | cup | shredded mozzarella |
- ½ | tsp | salt |
- ¼ | tsp | black pepper |

Thinly slice the red onion and chop the green chilies.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, mozzarella, salt, pepper, onion, and chilies until combined.
Cut each bread slice into two triangles and gently flatten.
Spread the onion-cheese mixture evenly on one side of each triangle.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot.
Fry triangles in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until deep golden.
Remove with tongs and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with ketchup.
