Ingredients
  

  • 4 | slices | white bread |
  • 3 | large | eggs |
  • 2 | slices | ham |
  • 3 | slices | cheese |
  • 1 | medium | tomato |
  • 1 | tsp | dried herbs |
  • 1 | | salt and black pepper | to taste
  • 1 | tbsp | oil or butter |

Instructions
 

  • Cut bread into triangles and arrange in a circle in a nonstick pan.
  • Beat eggs and pour evenly over the bread.
  • Season with dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook until the bottom is set and lightly golden.
  • Flip the entire circle carefully.
  • Add cheese, ham, and tomato slices to the center.
  • Fold the bread triangles inward over the fillings.
  • Cook until cheese melts, then slice and serve

Notes

 
Best eaten fresh while the cheese is still melted.
Leftovers can be reheated in a skillet over low heat.
Use any melting cheese you prefer.
Keep fillings centered to make folding easier.
