Slice the chicken breast in half and pound under plastic wrap until thin.

Whisk eggs with 3 minced garlic cloves, salt, paprika, pepper, most of the parsley, and Parmesan.
Dip the floured chicken fully into the egg mixture.
Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides and cooked through.
Remove chicken; add broth, remaining garlic, parsley, and butter to the pan.
Squeeze in lemon juice and simmer the sauce briefly.
Return chicken to the sauce, spoon over the top, and serve.
