Ingredients
  

  • 8 | | chicken drumsticks |
  • 2 | tbsp | oil |
  • 1 | tsp | salt |
  • ½ | tsp | black pepper |
  • ½ | tsp | paprika |
  • 6 | cloves | garlic | minced
  • ½ | cup | water |
  • 3 | tbsp | ketchup |
  • 2 | tbsp | mustard |
  • 3 | tbsp | soy sauce |
  • ¼ | cup | honey |
  • 1 | tbsp | sesame seeds |
  • 2 | tbsp | fresh parsley | chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the drumsticks on both sides.
  • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Pour in water, then stir in ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, and honey.
  • Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over the top.
  • Cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Uncover and cook until the glaze thickens and coats the meat.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat gently in a covered skillet with a splash of water.
Chicken thighs can replace drumsticks with the same method.
Adjust honey to taste for a sweeter or milder glaze.
