Ingredients
500 | g | boneless chicken | cubed
1 | tsp | chilli powder |
0.5 | tsp | black pepper |
1 | tbsp | ginger garlic paste |
1 | tbsp | lime juice |
0.5 | tsp | salt |
0.5 | cup | cornstarch |

2 | tbsp | soya sauce |
2 | tbsp | green chilli sauce |

- 500 | g | boneless chicken | cubed
- 1 | tsp | chilli powder |
- 0.5 | tsp | black pepper |
- 1 | tbsp | ginger garlic paste |
- 1 | tbsp | lime juice |

Pat chicken cubes dry and place in a mixing bowl.
Add chilli powder, black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste and lime juice. Mix well.
Rest the marinated chicken for 5 minutes.
Coat the pieces evenly in cornstarch.
Heat oil and deep-fry the chicken in batches until golden and crisp. Drain.
In a clean pan melt butter, then add soya sauce, green chilli sauce and honey. Simmer 1 minute.
Add the fried chicken and toss quickly to coat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot.
Tip: Keep the oil at medium-high so the coating stays crisp and not greasy.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Reheat in a hot pan rather than the microwave to restore some crispness.
Double the green chilli sauce if you prefer extra heat.
