- 4 | strips | cooked bacon | crumbled

- 1 | | salt | to taste
- 1 | | oil | for the griddle
Divide ground beef into four equal balls and season with salt.
Thinly slice the onion and jalapeños.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high until very hot.
Place beef balls on the surface and top with onions and jalapeños.
