- 2 | tablespoons | soy sauce |
- 1 | teaspoon | seasoning powder |
- 1 | teaspoon | garlic powder |
- 2 | cups | water |
- 1 | | onion | chopped
- 300 | grams | sliced pork | pork belly preferred
- 2 | | green onions | sliced
- 1 | tablespoon | butter |
Add washed rice to the rice cooker pot.
Pour in soy sauce, seasoning powder, and garlic powder, then stir.
Add water and stir to combine.
Scatter chopped onion over the rice.
Arrange sliced pork evenly on top.
Close the lid and start the regular rice cooking cycle.
When finished, add green onions and butter.
Gently mix everything together and serve hot.
Tip: Thinly sliced pork cooks more evenly and becomes more tender.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Reheat with a splash of water to keep the rice moist.
Adjust soy sauce to taste for a lighter or stronger flavor.
