- 1 | cup | fresh orange juice |
- 0.25 | cup | soy sauce |
- 3 | cloves | garlic | minced
- 2 | tbsp | honey |

Pat chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange wings in a single layer in a large skillet.
Pour fresh orange juice over the wings.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook partially covered for 12 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and soy sauce.
Add honey and continue simmering uncovered.
Cook 8–10 minutes more, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thick and glossy.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with sliced green onions, and serve immediately.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat gently in a skillet with a splash of orange juice to loosen the glaze.
Fresh orange juice gives the brightest flavor, but bottled works in a pinch.
For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic.
