Ingredients
  

  • 2 | lbs | chicken wings |
  • 1 | cup | fresh orange juice |
  • 0.25 | cup | soy sauce |
  • 3 | cloves | garlic | minced
  • 2 | tbsp | honey |
  • 0.5 | tsp | salt |
  • 0.25 | tsp | black pepper |
  • 2 | | green onions | sliced

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer in a large skillet.
  • Pour fresh orange juice over the wings.
  • Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook partially covered for 12 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic and soy sauce.
  • Add honey and continue simmering uncovered.
  • Cook 8–10 minutes more, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thick and glossy.
  • Remove from heat, sprinkle with sliced green onions, and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat gently in a skillet with a splash of orange juice to loosen the glaze.
Fresh orange juice gives the brightest flavor, but bottled works in a pinch.
For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic.
