Instructions
 

  • Choose a mango that yields slightly to pressure near the stem.
  • Rinse the mango under cool water and pat dry.
  • Place the mango on its side on a cutting board.
  • Position a sharp knife vertically over the center.
  • Slice straight down one side of the pit.
  • Rotate and slice the opposite side of the pit.
  • Grip both halves and twist firmly in opposite directions.
  • Serve the open halves immediately while juicy.
