- 3/4 | cup | all-purpose flour |
- 1/4 | tsp | salt |
- 1/2 | cup | chocolate chips |
- 8 | oz | cream cheese | softened
- 1/4 | cup | granulated sugar |

- 1/2 | tsp | vanilla extract |
Whisk melted butter and sugar until combined.
Add 2 eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring; mix until even red.
Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread most red batter in lined pan; dollop cheesecake mixture on top.
Add remaining red batter and swirl with a skewer.
Bake at 350°F for 28-32 minutes until edges are set.
Cool completely before slicing.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 4 days.
