Ingredients
  

  • 1 | cup | strawberries | sliced
  • 1 | | kiwi | peeled and sliced
  • 1 | tbsp | honey |
  • 1 | cup | ice cubes |
  • 1 | can | Sprite or lemon-lime soda | chilled
  • 1 | | lemon wedge | for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Slice strawberries and peel and slice the kiwi.
  • Place the fruit in the bottom of a clear glass.
  • Drizzle honey over the fruit.
  • Add a generous amount of ice cubes.
  • Slowly pour chilled Sprite or lemon-lime soda over the ice.
  • Stir gently once or twice to mix.
  • Garnish with a lemon wedge on the rim.
  • Serve immediately while sparkling.
  • Tip: Use very cold soda to keep maximum fizz.
  • Tip: Avoid over-stirring so the drink stays bubbly.

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately for the freshest bubbles.
Prep fruit ahead and store in the fridge until ready to assemble.
Maple syrup works as a vegan honey substitute.
Any clear sparkling soda can replace Sprite.
