- 1 | | kiwi | peeled and sliced
- 1 | tbsp | honey |
- 1 | cup | ice cubes |
- 1 | can | Sprite or lemon-lime soda | chilled
- 1 | | lemon wedge | for garnish
Slice strawberries and peel and slice the kiwi.
Place the fruit in the bottom of a clear glass.
Drizzle honey over the fruit.
Add a generous amount of ice cubes.
Slowly pour chilled Sprite or lemon-lime soda over the ice.
Stir gently once or twice to mix.
Garnish with a lemon wedge on the rim.
Serve immediately while sparkling.
Tip: Use very cold soda to keep maximum fizz.
