- 2 | | large eggs |
- 0.75 | cup | milk |
- 1 | cup | shredded mozzarella |
- 0.5 | cup | diced red bell pepper |
- 2 | tbsp | chopped fresh dill |

Whisk eggs and milk in a large bowl.
Add flour, salt, and pepper; stir until just combined.
Fold in mozzarella, red pepper, dill, and sausage.
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Ladle batter into the pan and cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form.
Flip and cook another 2 minutes until golden.
Repeat with remaining batter.
