Ingredients
  

  • 1 | | leftover pizza slice |
  • 2 | | ice cubes |
  • 1 | slice | mozzarella cheese |

Instructions
 

  • Place a skillet over medium heat and let it warm briefly.
  • Add two ice cubes to the center of the pan.
  • Lay the leftover pizza slice in the skillet near the ice.
  • Top the slice with one piece of mozzarella.
  • Cover the pan with a lid immediately.
  • Cook 2–3 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  • Remove the lid and transfer the slice to a plate with a spatula.
  • Serve at once while the cheese is still stretchy.

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately after reheating.
Works with most leftover pizza styles and crusts.
Extra shredded mozzarella can replace the cheese slice.
Store any remaining cold pizza tightly wrapped in the fridge up to 3 days.
