Ingredients
  

  • 1 | ball | pizza dough | about 12–14 oz
  • 0.5 | cup | creamy herb sauce |
  • 8 | oz | cooked steak | thinly sliced
  • 1 | cup | shredded mozzarella |
  • 1 –2 | | jalapeños | sliced
  • 2 | tbsp | olive oil |
  • 0.5 | tsp | salt |
  • 0.25 | tsp | black pepper |
  • 2 | tbsp | pizza sauce | optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F with a baking sheet or stone inside.
  • Stretch pizza dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface.
  • Brush dough lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread creamy herb sauce evenly, leaving a small border.
  • Arrange sliced steak over the sauce.
  • Scatter jalapeño slices on top.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over everything.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Rest 2 minutes, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftover slices in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2 days.
Reheat in a 375°F oven for 5–7 minutes to keep the crust crisp.
Cook steak to medium-rare before slicing for best texture.
Adjust jalapeños to control the heat level.
