- 8 | oz | cooked steak | thinly sliced
- 1 | cup | shredded mozzarella |
- 1 –2 | | jalapeños | sliced
- 2 | tbsp | olive oil |
- 0.5 | tsp | salt |
- 0.25 | tsp | black pepper |
- 2 | tbsp | pizza sauce | optional
Preheat oven to 475°F with a baking sheet or stone inside.
Stretch pizza dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface.
Brush dough lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Spread creamy herb sauce evenly, leaving a small border.
Arrange sliced steak over the sauce.
Scatter jalapeño slices on top.
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over everything.
Bake 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Rest 2 minutes, slice, and serve hot.
