Cut carrot into flower shapes and dice remaining pieces with green beans.
Sauté minced onion and garlic, then cook ground pork until no longer pink; season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Cool the meat mixture slightly and mix in the two raw eggs until combined.
Line small molds with banana leaves and add a thin layer of meat mixture.
Place one hard-boiled egg in each mold and arrange carrot flowers, peas, and green beans around it.
Cover completely with remaining meat mixture and press gently to seal.
Cover molds tightly with foil and steam for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
Rest five minutes, unmold, and slice to reveal the hidden eggs.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days.
Reheat gently by steaming or in the microwave with a splash of water.
Parchment can replace banana leaves if needed.
Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F for food safety.
