Ingredients
  

  • 1 | | large orange bell pepper |
  • 2 | tbsp | creamy herb sauce or mayonnaise |
  • 2 –3 | | leaves green leaf lettuce |
  • 2 | slices | fresh tomato |
  • 1 –2 | slices | cheese |
  • 2 –3 | slices | deli ham |
  • 0.5 | | ripe avocado | sliced
  • 1 | tsp | sesame seeds |

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and dry the orange bell pepper.
  • Slice the pepper horizontally in half.
  • Remove the core, seeds, and membranes from both halves.
  • Spread the creamy herb sauce inside the bottom half.
  • Layer lettuce leaves and tomato slices over the sauce.
  • Add cheese slices and folded ham on top.
  • Arrange avocado slices and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Place the top pepper half over the fillings and serve immediately.

Notes

Best eaten right after assembly to keep the pepper crisp.
Store leftover ingredients separately in the fridge up to 2 days.
Swap ham for turkey or omit cheese for a dairy-free version.
