  • 2 | ripe | peaches |
  • 4 | ounces | feta cheese | crumbled
  • 6-8 | slices | pastourma |
  • 2 | tablespoons | honey |
  • 4 | long | chives | for tying
  • 1 | pinch | black pepper | optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice peaches in half and remove the pits.
  • Hollow out a small cavity in each peach half with a spoon.
  • Stuff the cavities generously with crumbled feta cheese.
  • Wrap each stuffed peach with overlapping slices of pastourma.
  • Secure the wraps with long chives or kitchen string.
  • Place in air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  • Remove when cheese is melted and pastourma is crisp.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
  • Tip: Use firm-ripe peaches so they hold their shape during cooking.

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately while the cheese is melted and stretchy.
Leftovers can be refrigerated and gently reheated in the air fryer.
Prosciutto makes a good substitute for pastourma.
Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm.
