Ingredients
  

  • 2 | | sesame burger buns |
  • 2 | | large eggs |
  • 2 | | beef burger patties |
  • 4 | slices | cheese | cheddar or American
  • 4 | slices | ham |
  • 1 | | tomato | sliced
  • 1 | tbsp | oil | for the pan

Instructions
 

  • Heat a grill pan over medium heat and brush with oil.
  • Toast the split buns cut-side down until golden, then set aside.
  • Fry the eggs until whites are set but yolks remain runny.
  • Grill the ham slices for about 1 minute per side.
  • Cook the beef patties 3-4 minutes per side, adding cheese to melt.
  • Slice the tomato into thick rounds.
  • Assemble: bottom bun, cheese, patty, more cheese, tomato, ham, fried egg, top bun.
  • Press gently and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best cheese melt and runny yolk.
Leftover components can be refrigerated and reheated separately.
Adjust egg cook time if you prefer a fully set yolk.
Use any preferred melting cheese for best results.
